艾飛思導入安立知 MP1900A 光壓力自動驗證系統

艾飛思科技測試實驗室導入Anritsu安立知MP1900A 光壓力自動驗證系統 (Optical Stress Receive System,OSRS),

提供符合 IEEE802.3 400G/800G 標準之驗證環境。iPassLabs 將藉此系統支援客戶 400G/800GE 光收發模組

與交換機驗證服務,進行接收端靈敏度、抖動容忍度及合規驗證,為 800GE 系統與元件開發提供準確接收測試方案。


Anritsu 安立知 MP1900A 光壓力自動驗證系統包含前置系統校正與抖動容限 (Jitter tolerance) 測試,

其可自動重複校驗,提供穩定與快速測試結果。此系統建置關鍵 – 訊號品質分析儀 MP1900A系列 是一款多通道的誤碼率 (BER) 測試儀,其高效能的表現可滿足下一代網路介面 (如200/400/800G Ethernet) 以及高速匯流排介面 (如 PCI Express 4.0/5.0、USB 3.2/4 與 Thunderbolt) 在研發、設計上所需的完整量測功能。內建的脈衝波形產生器 (PPG) 提供具有業界最佳水準的高品質波形 (115 fs rms的低原生抖動)、高靈敏度 (15 mV) 誤碼偵測模組 (ED),該儀器整合了抖動 (SJ, RJ, SSC, BUJ) 產生源以及 CM-I/DM-I/白雜訊源,再加上鏈路訓練 (Link Training) 和鏈路訓練狀態機 (LTSSM) 分析功能支援各種應用,

涵蓋一致性測試、餘裕測試和故障排除。
